At His Feet
How wonderful! I’m published!
And in such nice company, too. Seven of my entries appear in the brand new devotional journal, At His Feet, along with contributions from Luann Prater,
founder of Encouragement Cafe, Ramona Davis, co-founder, and several of the other Encouragement Cafe online devotional writers and team members. (If you hope to find my entries, get yours soon. They’ll be reprinting them, but I’m not in the next one. Either way I think it will bless you.)
The amazing B Shoopman painted an original work of art for the cover for this 225 page journal which is available here for $10.
I plan to start gleaning from mine tomorrow morning.
My contributions appear consecutively, about half way through the book, and are titled: “Breathe”, “Presence”, “The Past”, “Waiting”, “Seeking”, “Accomplishment”, and “Impossible.” I loved sitting with my Bible and seeking God for something He might want to pass along through me. Some sprang from the Scriptures I was reading in my quiet time, and some were ideas He gave to me over time that found their confirmation in His word. Of course, now I wish I would have written more than seven, but Nellie was not quite a year old when I was writing them, so that makes seven a pretty impressive accomplishment, right? And besides, seven is a very Bible-ee number. ;-)
And here is something fun! For the next seven days I’ll be posting my entries here on my blog!
