It is no surprise to me that my blog has the feel of a diary. I only hope it puts one more in the mind of “Louis and Clark” than “Marsha Brady”.

Anyway, I have been away from the blog for a while. Longest break since I started. Ken was out of town, so I was busy. I also decided to get terribly preoccupied with the notion of selling our house to get one that would be just right for us.

Well, it would have been almost just right. But for a variety of reasons, we can’t pursue it.

I need to stop driving around in neighborhoods that I like better than my own looking at houses larger than my own.

A preoccupied mother of five is not a pretty thing. And neither is the state of her housework.

Hence, I sign off to make serious inroads back into order and peace in our surroundings.
